CEO and Co-Founder of Avenger Flight Group ("AFG"). He was formerly Founder and President of Flight Training Finance (“FTF”), a company created to implement Simulator Operating Leases to commercial airlines and training institutions worldwide. FTF brought flight training to airlines with new and used simulators and executed Sale-Leasebacks of existing devices.

Prior to FTF, Pedro Sors was the Founder, President and CEO of Pan Am International Flight Academy (PAIFA) from 1992 to 2000. Mr. Sors was responsible for developing PAIFA into a major, profitable competitor in the U.S. flight training industry, growing PAIFA’s sales from $3.6 million to $82 million FY 2000. He implemented a strategy that successfully acquired training companies around the U.S., which transitioned PAIFA into a flight leading training company with Headquarters in Miami and 10 operating locations across the U.S. Mr. Sors also negotiated long-term agreements with over 100 of the world’s leading commercial carriers and training organizations – growing annual training hours from 9,000 to 135,000 in FY 2000.

In addition to other senior level aviation management positions, Mr. Sors was previously Executive Vice President of Operations, Maintenance and Training for L.A.V., the Venezuelan Airline.

Pedro has a master’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Ohio State University.
