Alejandra Miranda

Vice President of Operations and Customers – Europe

With over 21 years of experience in the aviation industry, Alejandra Miranda brings a deep, hands-on understanding of airline operations and customer service to her role as Vice President of Operations and Customers for Avenger Flight Group in Europe.

Her career began at the grassroots level in airline ticketing, followed by several years as a flight attendant and later as part of the training department for various international carriers. These early experiences gave her invaluable insight into every layer of the aviation world.

Alejandra has been with AFG since the launch of operations in Europe six years ago. She currently oversees all training centers across the region, manages client relationships and contracts, and serves as the Accountable Manager for the certification and compliance of full flight simulators in Europe. She is also responsible for the Marketing Department, ensuring that AFG maintains its strong brand presence and connection with partners and clients.

Before joining AFG, Alejandra held roles with renowned airlines such as Air France, TACA, and Avianca, working both in El Salvador—her home country—and in France.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Langues Étrangères Appliquées (Applied Foreign Languages) from the University of Nice, France. Although her academic background opened doors in international communication, she quickly discovered her true calling in aviation after landing her first opportunity at just 22 years old.

Driven by curiosity, a passion for learning, and a relentless commitment to excellence, Alejandra is constantly seeking innovative ways to improve operations, implement more efficient procedures, and keep AFG at the forefront of aviation training in Europe.
