Marc Sullivan

Chief Financial Officer

Marc Sullivan is an accomplished public and private company executive with over 30 years of experience in finance as an investment banker, investor, and corporate leader.  He was previously the Chief Financial Officer of Infinity Engineered Products (now Goodyear Airsprings) and prior to that he was Chief Financial Officer of Western Global Airlines, a Fort Myers, Florida based cargo airline.  Marc is responsible for all aspects of financial management and strategy for Avenger Flight Group.

Marc has a diverse background in domestic and international finance and accounting, turnaround, growth, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, risk management, and strategy.  In addition, his experience is global having lived and worked in the US, France, South Africa, and Kenya and having worked on projects in over 20 countries on 4 continents.

Marc graduated with a BA in Finance from Morehouse College.  Marc also earned an MBA from Harvard Business School. In addition, Marc is a CFA Charterholder and a Certified Turnaround Professional (CTP).  Marc is also an NACD certified board director who serves as the Chair of the Audit Committee of a technology company.
