Every year we are given a pilot hiring requirements and we have to meet that demand or else we have flights that won't happen. Avenger allows for American to surplus our training resources during peak demand. This building is right here in Dallas, Fort Worth, half a mile from our training center. It's centrally located for our operation. Our plan is always changing but Avenger has been very flexible in helping us provide for the needs of American Airlines.
